We’ve sent out a few emails recently, but we know things can get buried in busy inboxes — so we’re also sharing this here on Stack Team App to make sure no one misses out!

Whether you’re a returning volunteer or thinking about getting involved for the first time, we’d love to have you as part of the Ride Support or Ride Lead team this season.

This year, we’re streamlining how we post and manage rides, and we’re aiming to make it easier (and more flexible!) to jump in when you can.

Ride Support volunteers are the heart of what we do — especially when it comes to keeping our youngest riders safe and supported.

New for 2025: To provide a safe environment, all Ride Support volunteers are required to complete a background check by June 1, 2025.

🟢 Want to Lead a Ride?

Ride Leads can host their own rides — giving you more flexibility, more fun, and a deeper role in the community. Plus, we’re ordering free Ride Lead shirts for all active leads!

To become a Ride Lead, check the requirements on our website : https://www.evergreenbikeclub.org/join-us/volunteer or reach out to us with questions at Volunteer@evergreenbikeclub.org. Training support is available, and we’ll be hosting a Ride Lead Training and Meet-Up soon too.
